CLEANING AND HYGIENE products and equipment company Avica UK – authorised for ive vehicles – has had the following conditions attached to its licence at its facility in Sydney Road, Watford: • All vehicle loading will be completed by 11.30pm on Mondays to Fridays and will not start again until 5.30am. There shall be no loading on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
• Vehicles and trailers shall be parked at the operating centre in an area indicated on a plan attached to the licence.
• Vehicles shall be parked inside the operating centre when not in use and at no time should they be left unattended on Sydney Road, or any other road within the vicinity of the facility. • Vehicles shall enter and exit the operating centre in forward gear at all times unless they are being reversed on to the loading bay. All reversing movements will be supervised by a banksman wearing a high-visibility jacket.
• Vehicles shall not exceed 7.5 tonnes gross vehicle weight.
• Vehicles shall not leave the operating centre before 5.30am and shall return before 7.30pm on Mondays to Fridays. Vehicles will not operate on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
• No vehicle maintenance shall take place on vehicles at the operating centre.
• There shall be no more than 14 vehicle movements per day.
