Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The "largest truck centre in East London" was opened on Monday by Mr A. F. M. Thorns, truck sales director of Ford Motor Co Ltd. The depot, on a 3+acre site in River Road, Barking, Essex (off A13) is a £4m project by W. J. Reynolds (Motors) Ltd covering every aspect of Ford truck (and Transit) sales, service and spares. The general manager is Mr David Philip.

The heart of the new centre is an 8400 sq ft parts store and a 10,000sq ft workshop. All 19 35ft workshop bays have separate roller shutter doors, so no space is wasted on gangways. There are two pits, each capable of taking two heavy commercials at once, and the workshops are equipped to do major repairs and DoE pre-test work. There is a 24-hour breakdown service (tel: 01-594 4044).
