Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Stenor Ltd. The first is a heavy-duty panel repair kit, the basis of which is a model 1500 Car Hammer. Through a patented metering trigger this allows a full adjustment of striking rates over a range of 0 to 3,840 blows per minute. A feature of this unit is its ability to punch countersunk holes for click rivets.

The kit is called the Quick Cutter and included is a well chosen set of cutters, a spot weld breaker, a punch holder and a countersunk punch tip, all contained in a strong metal case. The air consumption on full striking rate is 3 Cu. ft. p.m.

The second range comprises the Speed-eze air sanders, claimed to have no wearing parts. The extremely high speeds at which the discs revolve permit faster removal rates with finer grits, in turn giving a much finer finish and eliminating hand finishing of work. Three models are available—a clip-on orbital model; a model equipped with a 0.25 in. chuck which will accommodate sanding pads, rotary tools and wire brushes; and a disc sander.
