THE Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry

of Power, 35-year-old Mr. John Morris, has been switched to the Ministry of Transport to become Joint Parliamentary Secretary in the Commons with Mr. Stephen Swingler.

He takes the place of Lord Lindgren, who is 65, and who will continue to answer for transport affairs in the Lords although his official title is now Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Power.
