has been Leicester branch manager of Lep Transport Ltd. and associated companies, has been appointed general manager of the Lep Scottish organization. He will take up his new duties next March. Mr. Hubbard's successor in Leicester will be Mr. I. Francis, branch manager of Lep Transport in Bristol for the past 10 years.
