and Mr. J. N. Dnmimond, director and chief heavy haulage manager, have retired from the board. Mr. G. J. Skelton has been appointed to the board and as general manager; Mr. W. Partington becomes chief heavy haulage manager. Other appointments following reorganization are Mr. S. D. E. Mulford, traffic assistant to general manager; Mr. Partington will be assisted by assistant chief heavy haulage managers Mr. A. T. Irving (northern), Mr. D. A. Maclean (southern) and Mr. E. G. Milne. Mr. J. N. Tarsey becomes chief removal and travel manager and will be assisted by Mr. G. F. Pygall, assistant chief removal manager, and Mr. D. H. Dawson, assistant chief travel manager. Mr. J. W. Funds becomes chief tank haulage manager and is assisted by Mr. G. Parsonage, northern area manager; Mr. R. W. Irons, southern area manager; and Mr. P. B. Bridge, commercial officer.
