YEATES GROUP of Leicestershire has taken over the Abbey Lane garage and showrooms, Beaumanor Road and Drummond Road workshops and van bodywork divisions of R. A. Neaverson and Son Ltd.
Yeates Coachwork Ltd, a division of the Yeates Group, will take charge of Neaverson van bodybuilding, which will continue to operate the existing premises.
Yeates has also acquired the Swingbridge Lane premises of Loughborough Panel Beating Ltd, which is moving to new works on the Loughborough Dishley Industrial Estate. These latest take-overs take the Yeates investment programme to over £550,000 during the past 12 months.
