ORIGINALLY down for hearing on February 12-13, the appeals of Mr. J. F. Lloyd, against a deeision of the North-Western Licensing Authority, and Mi. R. D. Luff, against the decision of the South-Eastern Deputy Licensing

• Authority, have been postponed until February 18-19. • Hearings of other appeals are also announced. On February 25-26 the Tribunal will consider the case of W. Sullivan, Ltd., which is aggrieved by a decision of the Metropolitan Deputy Licensing Authority, and of Procters (Transport), Ltd., against a decision of the Yorkshire Licensing Authority.

All these appeals will be heard at Halifax House, Strand, London, W.C.2, • beginning at 10.30 a.m.
