A LTHOUGH during the past 10 years I—IWest Hartlepool Corpomtipn has met capital expenditure out of profits, loans will be floated to meet any further capital charge.
This decision has been reached after Consideration of the effect of the Transport Bill on the municipal transport undertaking. Nationalization would cause a loss to the rate fund of about £5,000 a year. The value of the undertaking for fire insurance purposes is £97,000. .
167,500. VEHICLES THIS YEAR THE estimated production figure for commercial vehicles in 1947 is 167,500. The Minister of Supply gave this information last week in a written reply to Mr. Shawcross.
