A TRUCK DRIVER who cl the death of another LGV by careless driving has been for 10 months.
Oxford Crown Court disqualified Richard Brow Seaford, Cheshire from drivii three years for causing the of John Kilty, from Castle County Durham.
Brown was convicted in Oc but sentencing was adjourned last friday (8 December).
The sentence was criticise Kilty's brother, Gerard Kil too short: "It should have years, not months. John love job and had loved wagons sin was a boy. Ten months is jus enough."
