• Essex Police are appealing for witnesses and informatio following a hit and run involving a truck an 26 October nea Chelmsford, Essex.
The fatal crash happened on the M14 at Cooksmi Green, Robert Brown, 43, was walking from Chelmsfor towards Harlow when he was struck from behind by a vehi cle which failed to stop. His body was not found until 1 hours after the accident.
