Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE THREE CM Truckstop '85 winners celebrated their success last week with a three-day visit to Sweden as guests of Scania.

The competition, which will be repeated next year, is sponsored jointly by CM, Scania and Routiers Drivers Club.

This year's winners, along with two of the drivers who nominated them, inspected Swedish facilities open to truck drivers and toured the Scania engine plant and assembly line at Sodertalje.

Our 1985 winning Truckstops are:

Tayside Truckstop, Dundee. This won the top award for truckstops with overnight accommodation last year, but the judges had no qualms in repeating their choice for 1985. Tayside has excellent facilities, good food and a comfortable bar.

Truckers PLC, Whitchurch, near Ross-onWye. .11-ns is the best truckstop among those that do not provide overnight accommodation, although it is currently seeking planning permission for some log cabins. Our judges commended it for a high standard of cleanliness and good food. It is on the eastbound carriageway of the A40.

Mike Harker, the manager of Truckers at Whitchurch has recently moved to take charge of another, newly-acquired Truckers site. This one is in front of the F. B. Atkins premises at Findern, near Derby. Truckers is developing Findern to the standard of its truckstops at Whitchurch and Godmanchester and it is likely to challenge Tayside in the overnight accommodation class next year.

Truckers PLC, of Datchet, near Slough, is still expanding and more sites are due to Conic on stream next year.

The Bistro, Sedgebrook, near Grantham. This is on the A52 Nottingham road, one mile west of its junction with the AL Many years ago it was a Little Chef and it still suffers from a very restricted parking area.

lowever, the Hall family that runs the Bistro gives a particularly friendly welcome and clearly has a very satisfied, regular clientele.
