YOUR issue of November 16 made reference to a proposed boycott at Granada Services called by Routiers Drivers' Club who were under the mistaken impression that Granada was responsible for the Department of Transport refusing motorway signs to the Whitwood Truckstop.
Following correspondence from Granada and the DTp to Rou tiers putting the record straight, they decided not to go ahead with the proposed boycott.
Granada is Britain's largest motorway service area operator with 13 locations, all of which welcome HGV drivers and provide catering, shop and fuel facilities for them.
