HE RTFORDSH IR El County Council has put the First of its services out to competitive tender in response to the Transport Act.
The first three, operated by London Buses and London County, run into Greater London and are the Potters Bar minibus routes PB1, PB2 and P1-33, London Buses routes 263 and 84 serving Sc Albans and New Barnet and part of LB 242 between Potters Bar and Waltham Abbey.
