NBC Computer Services, the National Bus Company's computer company, has been bought out by its staff and manageinent. The company employed around 150 and was due to be closed down as part of NBC's decentralisation scheme.
The 150 staff financed the deal by pooling redundancy payments and obtaining additiona I finance from the National Westminster Bank. Some NBC companies will continue to use the services of the company, which has changed its name to Warwick Systems.
