Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TOYOTA has revised and cut its Hi-Ace light commercial line-up for 1986.

From January, only three models will be offered: the 65kW(87hp) two-litre petrolengined panel van and window van (for in conversions), and a 55kW(74hp) 2.5-litre diesel panel van.

Both the previously avail able dropside pick-up and the chassis cab have been dropped to make room in Toyota's light commercial vehicle import quota for the soon-to-belaunched Lite-Ace van.

All 1986 Hi-Ace models retain the existing forwardcontrol body shell but with a new front grille and panel with square headlights.

The front chassis Y-frames have also been strengthened to give greater frontal impact rigidity.

The Ili-Ace's braking system gains a more-effective I 91 cm vacuum servo and ventilated discs, while an improved load sensitive apportioning valve has been fated to the van's rear axle. Gear ratios have also been revised.

New ball joints and steering geometry provide better handling and straightline stability as well as improving front tyre life, according to Toyota.

Interior changes include the fitting of dash-mounted oil and coolant test buttons, which eliminate the need to raise the engine cover to make daily checks. A revised front Boor mat is fitted and a vinyl load floor cover now becomes standard.

The petrol-engined Hi-Ace window van now has a fivespeed overdrive top gear box (the petrol panel van retains a four-speed direct top unit) cloth covered driving seats, heated rear window and a tailgate wash/wipe.

Prices range from 1:5,891 plus VAT for the petrol panel van to 0,631 plus VAT for the diesel version. All models have a side-loading door as standard.
