STEPHEN HALL has joined HT Storage and Distribution as contracts manager. He is based at the company's headquarters in Westbury and is responsible for the commercial aspects of bulk storage and distribution.
For the past nine years Hall was assistant secretary of the Freight Transport Association's south-west region. Before that he was a vehicle operating consultant for FOCAS, but he has also held positions with commercial vehicle distributors in the South West.
Hall's appointment is part of the HT Group's policy to strengthen its position as a contract bulk distribution specialist.
