Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A horseshoe-shaped trailer chassis that opens toward the rear and which is equipped with a multi-position rack fitted to hydraulic lifting arms for the transportation and laying of cables from drums, has been produced by Associated In dustrial and Mechanical Engineers.

The trailer may be backed into position around the drum, and a steel bar is pushed through the centre of the drum and located on the hydraulic lifting hooks. A hand pump or battery. operated pump actuates the hydraulic system to raise the drum.

Two trailers are available, one with a 2,5-ton and the other with a 5-ton lifting capacity, both having a lock preventing a full cable drum from unwinding In transit. The 6-ton capecity version is equipped with a motordriven roller which provides power assistance when unwinding the cable from the drum.
