THE WHOLE of the share capital of Massey Brothers (Pemberton) Ltd. has been bought by the Northern Counties Motor and Engineering Co. Ltd.
The bus bodybuilding activities of the Pemberton-based company will continue in conjunction with the Northern Counties works hi Wigan Lane, and Mr. Arthur Tyldesley, who has been managing director of Massey Brothers, will be continuing in a consultative capacity.
