Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CM OPERATIONS editor Colin Barnett this week handed over a cheque for £400 to chief executive Angus Somerville and administrator Natalie Lamb from the charity Orchid.

Orchid, based at London's St Bartholomew's hospital, specialises in research into male cancer and was the chosen recipient in CM's annual charity competition.

Barnett explains: "Each year we run a readers' quiz; to encourage entries, we pledge a donation to a charity relevant to our readers. This year we chose Orchid, the only charity to conduct research into the three specifically male cancers -prostate, testicular and penile. "Orchid is also active in raising awareness of these life-stealing problems."
