Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

DURHAM City Council wants coach operators to use the 13 vehicle coach park beside the Leakes Car Park in the city.

It is also keen that they should not use the paninsula, in view of the pedestrianisation of the city centre, but to set down passengers to Dunelm House in New Elvet, from where passengers can cross Kingsgate footbridge to the peninsula, and return to the coach park via Saddler Street.

There is a dispensation for coaches carrying the elderly or infirm, but operators should give advance warning to the Durham City Police on 0385 64222.
