A FREIGHT transport seminar, organised by the Highlands and Islands Development Board„ is to be held at Dunoon, Argyll from October 1-3 immediately before the Institute of Traffic Administration conference.

Speaking on the Current and Future Developments with Large Freight Companies in the Public Sector will be Cyril Bleasdale, managing director of Freightliners; John Copland, managing director, Scottish Road Services; Brian Hayward, group managing director, National Carriers; and Leslie Soane, general manager (Scotland), British Rail.
