Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

W design of road spring—the Goliath—developed by Aropolitan Springs Ltd., is claimed to give an improved and also a longer life than conventional leaf springs. Tyres and Speeds A LEAFLET just issued by India Tyres Ltd.—" Facts About Commercial and P.T. Tyres at Speed "—contains information on the maximum speeds at which tyres should be run depending upon the conditions under which the vehicle to which they are fitted will be subjected. Tyres for both goods and public service vehicles are covered.

Windscreen Washers A RANGE of windscreen washers introduced by Wingard Ltd. includes a model with semi-automatic operation and one designed specifically for commercial vehicles. The name Kleerscreen has been given to the four-model range.

All four have pump units operated manually, but whereas on three of them the plunger is pressed to produce the cleaning jet, on the Automatic model the plunger is pulled and in returning to its original positiondelivers fluid to the screen for a period of 6 seconds. Pump displacement on this model is 19 cc. compared with 5 cc. on the Manual version and 12-5 cc. on the commercial vehicle unit. These three windscreen washers are supplied with a bag-type container made of plastics sheet and with a capacity of 2 pints. The main difference between them and the fourth model. the Manual Standard, is that the container for this is a plastics bottle with a capacity of just over a pint. There are also small differences between the models in the fittings supplied. With the commercial vehicle model there are alternative jets for forward-control vehicles.
