Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ERF has introduced an improved locking on its half round yokes for the propeller shafts. The new arrangement uses self-locking set screws with an additional lock patch on the thread.

Serrations under the head and 'SPR' stamped on the head identify the new screws which should be tightened to between 3595Nm (26-70Ibft) depending on the application and size.

The new set screws must never be re-used and can only be replaced by the specified part. Failure to do so may result in the drive shaft separating.
