• Hadleigh Industries has sold its specialist exhibition and hospitality trailer maker Lynton Commercial Units to a management team led by Allan Tilley. The financial backing comes from 3i and Lloyds Bank.
• HMF has new 15 and 19t/m cranes on offer, with five and six hydraulic extensions respectively. Both have outreaches in excess of 20m.
• SAF and Sachs Boge have developed a new load dependant damping system for trailer air suspensions. Using only air bag pressure, the device is simple to install and will be available next year.
• Spalding haulier JF Buff= has bought four new Schmitz Cargobull 26-pallet reefers, two of which are working under contract to Fenmarc Produce.
