Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

KALAMAZOO is launching two motor trade computer packages, one for forecourt management arid the other for workshop control. Full details are not being released until the Show opens.

However, Peter Humpidge, divisional manager for the motor trade division, said: "The forecourt package is an electronic cash register linked to a micro-computer, a combination we believe is an important advance in forecourt technology."

The workshop control system is also micro-computer based. It is claimed that it can enable a motor trader to plan, with pinpoint accuracy, his workshop activity. Time, vehicle movement, Labour costs are a few of the elements that can now be controlled by computer. Kalamazoo Northfield Birmingham B31 2RW
