Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PARCELS carrier TNT has moved into yet another market by launching a motorcycle courier service in London.

TNT Courier is being offered by TNT Sameday, the service that uses National Express coaches for delivery on the same day as collection.

There are an estimated 500 courier motorcycles in London and TNT already has 25. Some are TNT-owned and liveried with TNT employee riders; the others are owner/riders working exclusively for TNT.

The company believes that the market for courier services in London alone is worth £40m and it aims to have at least 10 per cent of this in the first year. In the foreseeable future thetarget is 200 bikes in London.

Early in the New Year, similar operations are scheduled for other cities, starting with Birmingham and Manchester. TNT estimates the national market for motorcycle couriers to total £80m. Typical traffic being carried includes computer softwa re, advertising copy, lawyers' briefs, and medical equipment.
