Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ANTHONY CARRIMORE is to market a range of packaged drop-on 'tipping gear kits to suit popular truck chassis.

"The concept has obtained a degree of success for some companies with small vehicles such as Ford Transit and Bedford CF, the larger heavy goods vehicle ranges have never been serviced in this way," claims Anthony Carrimore.

Volvo sixand eight-wheel tipper chassis are the first trucks for which the package is available. Other marques, such as Leyland, ERF and Foden, will follow shortly.

To minimise the amount of fitting time needed and to maximise the clarity of the installation instructions, kits are assembled to suit individual chassis types and body lengths. They include a complete package of body fittings, power take-offs, pumps, hoses and hinges, tailored to requirements.

Carrimore displacement gear, with fully chromed ram tubes, is specified to suit the vehicle body length.

The complete installation can be handled by a competent truck fitter and should provide greater diversification for truck distributors into related truck equipment.

Anthony Carrimore puts a two-year guarantee on the hoist. All seals are on the outside of the tubes and totally self-cleaning, so no grit or moisture can cause abrasion and corrosion.

With the body lowered the tubes sit immersed in a bath of oil, unexposed to the elements, unlike other popular bore sealing hoists.
