Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SPECIAL articulated vehicles each able to carry 60 crushed cars are to be employed to feed Britain's first operational fragmentation plant which has been built for Fragmentation Heckett-Birds Ltd., at St. Helens, Lanes, and was formally opened by Mr. Duncan Sandys, MP, president of the Civic Trust, on Friday. Three other fragmentation plants are being built by different companies elsewhere in Britain.

About 4,000 derelict cars, or the equivalent weight in domestic equipment, can be dealt with weekly by the £500,000 plant. The company has a series of six car crushers which will visit any site where there are not less than about 200 wrecks available.
