SUBJECT to the advice of counsel, Northampton Corporation is to appeal against the East Midland Traffic Commissioners' grant of a licence to the United Counties Omnibus Co„ Ltd., to operate a service from Derngate to Whitehills Estate, and against the refusal of a licence to the corporation for a service from Far Cotton to Kingsthorpe Cemetery.
