Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SEVERAL interesting features are being incorporated in Leyland Comet vehicles which are being equipped with tipping gears and steel bodies by Bromilow and Edwards, Ltd.. Bolton. The machines are destined for one of the major oil companies.

To facilitate hand loading, a detachable panel is fitted in each body side, the framing and reinforcement being lined up with the strengtheners on the fixed sides themselves. Quick-release cotters secure these panels, so that there is no loss of time when they have to be removed for loading purposes. A .tailboard, hinged from the top, facilitates dumping.

The Comet 10-ft. 5-in.-wheelbase chassis is used and the tipping gear is the B. and E. power-operated A4 twin underbody-ram end-tipping type. All-steel construction is used for the body, which has fixed• sides. The front panel is extended to shield the cab when loading by grab or hopper. The front panel has two apertures to register with the windows in the back of the driver's cab.
