I N addition to its service facilities, the York Trailer Co. Ltd. factory in London Road, Glasgow, E.2, is now functioning as a production unit, turning out York platform trailers. Currently. 34 jobs a month are leaving the Glasgow works.

On the service side, facilities have been extended to include all-night service (Tel.: Shettleston 5224, or Telex: 77313).

The York company is expanding in the artic. service field by building a central service depot at Corby, Northants. This new depot will be separate from the main manufacturing plant and will occupy a 41-acre site comprising spare parts stores, repair and lubrication bays—and tractorequipment bays primarily for a 24-hour fifth wheel installation service.
