Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PAA NEW S-cam brake for trailers and prime movers has been introduced to the home market by Rubery Owen, Ltd., Darlaston, Staffs. It has been offered for export, mainly in Canada, for some time and has proved most successful.

The brake will be available in this country on all Rubery Owen heavy-duty tubular axles. Lightweight fabricated shoes are actuated by a S-type constant-lift cam which maintains a uniform effective radius throughout the life of the facings. Its shaft is splined to accommodate standard adjusting mechanism.

The one-piece anchor flange is designed to allow free circulation of aut inside the drum for cooling purposes. Nylon bushes and a self-aliening camshaft bracket ensure free movement for the operating shaft. The brake may be welded or bolted on to the axle beam and is available in drum diameters of 154 in. and 16 in. and with facing widths of 6 in. and 7 in.
