MR. J. V. DANIEL has been appointed joint managing director of Crompton Parkinson, Ltd., and Ma. D. E. GRAHAM has become an executive director. MR. J. B. SCOTT is to become sates director and will assume full executive responsibility for both home and overseas sales. MR. C. F. DICKSON Will remain a sales director until June 30, after which he will serve on the board.

MR. WILLIAM L. RUSSELL has been appointed general manager of Dundee Transport Department in succession to MR. ROBERT TAYLOR. ME. Russell was formerly Midland divisional engineer of the Road Haulage Executive and had previously served with Edinburgh Transport Department as maintenance superintendent, and with Stockton Transport Department as deputy general manager.

MR. H. G. DUNN, M.I.Mech.E. M.S.A.E., fuel-injection engineer of Simms Motor Units, Ltd.. has been appointed assistant chief engineer of the company. He will assist MR. G. J. RACKHAM, chief engineer, in all engineering activities. Mr. Dunn was previously with Boulton and Paul, Ltd., Gloster Aircraft Co., Ltd., Dennis Bros., Ltd., London General Omnibus Co., Ltd., and Bosch, Ltd.
