Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• One of Britain's biggest removals companies has clashed with Job Centre bosses over the wording used to recruit a clerk. Britannia Movers International says it was criticised for advertising for someone with a "friendly, mature outlook" and with "good communication skills" because the description was "too subjective".

John Court, chief executive of the West Midlands-based company, says: "it seems they are penalising genuine job hunters who would be suited to the vacancy."

A statement from the Employment Service says the job vacancy from Britannia was adver tised in a Job Centre but the company needed to clarify why a particular skill requirement was needed. This would help job seekers understand why the skill was required.

The statement adds that guidelines for advertising vacancies in Job Centres are being updated.
