Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AND TRUCKS is ating to increase its share nmercial vehicle sales in er London and has just

d a service centre at a rway interchange near Irow Airport.

e Heathrow Truck re, which offers full parts, maintenance and down recovery for Leylorries and the corn pany's Multipart all-makes parts service, has been developed by Leyland with its own resources.

This is because the high start-up costs of a service centre in Greater London, and especially near Heathrow where new businesses are being established at a fast rate, would have deterred an outside company from estab lishing such a centre.

But Land Rover-Leyland chairman David Andrews, who opened the centre last week, said it hoped to sell the centre to a dealer once it is fully established.

The centre, which is well placed for the M25 and M4, takes over the service back-up provided previously at the Aldenham site in Hertfordshire.
