In a speech to Nawk m bers, the retiring chair] Richard Millar told Attor General Sir Michael Hay that the return of a La!: Government would see scheme strengthened.
This, he believed, wc lead to the closure of m warchouses and imperil f supplies in an emergency.
Mr Millar directed Michael's attention to subject of industrial rz which as far back as 1980 presented 24 per cent of c. he said. He said there now no industrial vote asked : "Can taxation with representation go mt further?"
