Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SALES and distribution director for Unigate subsidiary Sr Ivel is Mike Burbage. He succeeds Gilbert Cooper, who has become managing director of Unigate Foods.

Mr Burbage's new appointment includes responsibility for the Unigate Chilled Distribution operation, which has played a major part in the development of third-party distribution to the grocery trade. It marks his return to a company for which he had previously worked as regional manager, before moving to the Tulip Meat Company as sales manager.

St Ivel has also appointed David Bristow as general

manager, distribution. He is responsible for primary and third-party chilled distribution. The new job is a promotion; Mr Bristow was previously regional manager of St Ivel's north-east region.

Wincanton Group, the transport, garages and engineering subsidiary of Unigate, has made John Worby, who joined Wincanton Group on June 1 from sister company Unigate Diary Holdings, finance director. He replaces Malcolm McLeod who has been made development director, responsible for special projects, until his retirement later this year.

cently managing director of Wincanton Engineering Group, becomes commercial director, Wincanton Group, responsible for business development, acquisitions and diposals.

In addition, with effect from August 1, Gerald Burke, currently financial controller of Wincanton Group, is appointed finance director, Wincanton Vehicle Rentals and will be based at Brentford, Middlesex.

Steve Simmons, has recently been appointed truck rental manager for Wincanton Vehicle Rentals, based at its new Avonmouth offices.
