INTERNATIONAL haulier Dow Freight Services has appointed Maxwell Cartledge as a sales executive in its fleet management division. He will operate from Dow's headquarters in Bredbury, Stockport and will be responsible for management of current contracts and attracting of new customers. He has a broad background in sales.
