THE first annual general meeting,of the Birmingham Section of the Institute of Traffic Administration was held, last week, at the Birmingham Chamber. of Commerce, at which the following officers were elected :---Chairman, Mr. P. A. Baldwin; vicechairman, Mr. D. MacAllister; hon. treasurer, Mr. H. R. Turner; Press and liaison officer, Mr. H. E. Merritt; national council member, Mr. A. L. Haywood.
