Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ADEPUTATION representing motor coach operators in the Sheffield, Rotherham and Maltby districts was received by the North-east Regional Transport Commissioner in Leeds last week. . A discussion took place on various' South Yorkshire border-line cases arising from the sanction fOr partial resumption of excursions and tours, as well as coaching facilitie3 during local holiday weeks.

As in the case of West Yorkshire operators, the Commissioner extended the scope of the restored facilities so as to include various routes where the distance is slightly over the permitted maximum of 50 miles, including the outward and return journeys, and so as to permit trips to certain seaside resorts during local holiday weeks. Where the town's holidays are staggered, the latter concession applies during the period of staggering. •
