• The application by Henry and Co. (Transport) Ltd. for a new B licence for two tippers conditioned "building, road-making and excavating materials and builders' rubbish, within 25 miles of King's Cross" (CM Jan 9) has been granted in Chambers by the Metropolitan deputy LA, Mr. W. M. Levitt. An undertaking was given at the public inquiry on January 2 not to apply to transfer to it any of the vehicles at present specified on the licence held by Henry and Co. (Groundworks) Ltd.
