In the Transport and Touhsm Committee debate on 20 November MEPs raised concerns about full liberalisation and the barriers that would need to be overcome before free trade could be fully established.
There was strong support for Mathieu Grosch's report (right) which sets out, for the time being at least, a seven-day limit per vehicle with a maximum of three domestic jobs before leaving that member state.
