Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

IR Farmers' co-operative Zenith Milk has sold its 106-strong milk tanker fleet for £2.76m to TIP Tanker Services.

Zenith says the sale and leaseback deal will improve efficiency, allowing the average capacity of its tankers to increase during the eight-year contract with TIP.

Martin Armstrong, Zenith's sales and logistics director, says TIP was chosen because of its competitive funding package and an "innovative conversion programme" for the ex.sl ing fleet.

The co-operative has 3,400 dair farming members in North WaleE northern England and the MidiandF. Although it has retained ownership c the fleet until now, its haulage ha always been contracted out.

In October the entire contract wa taken over by Lloyd Fraser, which ha previously shared the work with Exe Davidson of Coundon and J Sharp Son I CM19-25 July).
