EUROPEAN FERRIES is expected to make a bid for a controlling interest in the fleet of ships British Rail operates in the Sealink consortium. The other partners are French Railways, RTM of Belgium, and Zeeland Steamship of Holland.
P and 0 and Ocean Transport may also be contenders for a share of Sealink when the Transport Bill is unveiled shortly.
