• As a first step in implementing its declared objections. the National Association of Waste Disposal Contractors, whose formation was announced in CM on November 29, has set up functional committees. These are a general purposes and finance committee: a road licensing committee; a Parliamentary panel; and a training and work-study committee. Chairman of the road licensing committee is Mr. A. Shutes 1St Albans Sand and Gravel Co. Ltd.). This committee will, among other things, represent the NAWDC. as an approved trade association, when applications for operators' licences are being heard by Licensing
