Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Acquisitive Dutch group Norfolk Line has bought Dockspeed, and promises business as usual for customers of the award-winning Kent reefer operator. Norfolk Line approached Dockspeed in early June and completed the deal last Wednesday (5 August).

It says: "Having admired Dockspeed for a considerable time [we] identified a strategic benefit in bringing it into the group." Dockspeed will remain a limited company and will operate as before. Managing director Andy Ingleston stays at the helm, working with newly appointed general manager Lloyd Middleton, reporting to Norfolk Line managing director Eddie Green.

Ingleston says: "The transfer should be seamless. As part of a much larger group. Dockspeed will be able to improve its services to customers and will be in a better position to bid for and support major contracts."

U Last month Dockspeed was voted haulier and international operator of the year by CM's sister magazine Motor Transport.
