Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

your article about LexService's proposed acquisition of Lex Vehicle Leasing is misleading (CM 6-12 August).

Firstly, we have not yet made the acquisition: it is subject to shareholder approval. Lex will initially acquire a further 30% of Lex Vehicle Leasing and has the option to buy the remaining 20%.

Secondly, this in no way ends the very successful joint venture between Lex and Lombard, which will continue to 2001 or until I,ex exercises its option.

Thirdly, I,ex Vehicle Leasing supplies both cars and vans.

Fourthly, this change does not affect the existing relationship between Lex and Lombard for Lex Transfleet (whose picture you chose to illustrate in the article about I,ex Vehicle Leasing) or Seltra, or the other Lex/Lombard joint ventures—Lex Harvey and Lex Manutentionwhich contract hire and service lift trucks.
