WESTERN British Road Services has taken on Stuart James as sales and marketing manager. He replaces Gordon North who becomes distribution director.
Mr James joined National Freight in 1972 as a management trainee. His first appointment was with Western BRS as branch rental manager at Car diff. After becoming assistant branch manager he moved to Bristol to become company rental manager, a post he left to return to South Wales as branch manager at Merthyr Tydfil.
His previous job was with Cartransport as distribution manager.
