Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LEADING CRANE-HIRE firm Ainscough has just taken delivery of a batch of 10 new MAN TGA tractor units to add to its 20-strong heavy haulage fleet.

The trucks are all high-specification units which are plated at 150 tonnes. Unsurprisingly, considering their role, the firm has opted for big engines too, with the TGAs all rated at 530hp.

The tractor units will be used for hauling the ancillary equipment used in Ainscough's lifting operations, including boom sections and heavy-duty winches.

Steve Cook, Aincough's engineering director, explains that the company chose the MANs partly on the back of its Euro-4 solution: -They can meet the new emissions [limits] without the need for AdBlue — and that's an important consideration for us"
